found here. Download the ARL re-accreditation
paperwork, attach photocopy of current card with
accreditation number and send to Ann Lackersteen.
Mini – Mod 1. Within the District. •
Internal transfer form to be completed at all times in
full. • If player registered the previous year,
must be cleared by last Club • If player did not
register in the previous year but had registered at
sometime in the past, then internal transfer is still
to be completed, but does not have to be cleared by
last club. This is to avoid duplicity on the data base.
• Transfer form to be given to the League
Registrar, accompanied with completed registration card
(new or old card if room) and the large single
insurance sheet. 2. Outside of the District • If a
player has previously registered with any other Club,
at any other time out of the District, an internal
transfer form is to completed, but does not have to be
cleared by previous Club. This is to avoid duplicity on
the data base.
International (13’s and over) 1. Within the
District • Internal transfer and CRL transfer
forms are to be completed in full. • If player
registered the previous year, must be cleared by last
Club by signing both forms. • If player did not
register in the previous year but had registered
sometime in the past, then internal and CRL transfer
forms are to be completed, but does not have to be
cleared by last club. This is to avoid duplicity on the
data base. • Transfer forms to be given to the
League Registrar, accompanied with completed
registration card (new or old card if room) and the
large single insurance sheet. 2. Outside the District
• CRL transfer form to be completed in full for
every player who has previously registered with any
other club at any time. • Transfer form to be
given to the League Registrar who will instigate the
process on line. • Clubs can speed up this
procedure by getting the transfer signed by the
previous club and giving to League Registrar,
accompanied with a completed registration card and
large single insurance sheet.
